After submitting your appointment request, I will reach out to set up a 10-minute, free-of-cost call so we can introduce ourselves, go over what you are looking for, your presenting issues, safety, and mental health history, and answer any questions about my practice. This will help us decide if we should proceed with the first appointment.
If you have AETNA, BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, OXFORD and UNITED HEALTHCARE you can also book directly with HEADWAY by clicking on button below.
Should we move forward, our first appointment will be robust and about 60 minutes long to ensure we have adequate time to get to know each other, determine the right treatment plan, answer all of your questions, and make sure you feel heard. The length (30 or 45 minutes) and frequency of follow-up appointments will be determined by your clinical needs.
